An uncommon turn-of-the-century spear with a broad 5 3/4 inch wide fluted iron head. The 16.5 inch long head is socketed onto a hardwood shaft with tight rattan binding and 2 inch iron end cap. Seen page 112 of "Form and Splendor" by Roberto Maramba (Copyright 1998) for a similar example.
